The hotel is conveniently located near the city center, making it easy to explore the excellent trattorias downtown. the rooms and bathrooms are clean, and the staff provides good service. the breakfast offers a variety of options to start your day off right. the hotel has a swimming pool, perfect for relaxation after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel could benefit from updating its equipment and improving the wifi connection.

Hotel needs renovation,defenitly

Spent Easter weekend at a hotel with excellent amenities, including a pool and a water slide that my kids loved! the rooms were clean and smelled fresh. the best part was that we were close to the city center and all the attractions, making it easy for us to explore the area. the staff was friendly and attentive, making sure all our needs were met.

The four stars was overrated

Please tear down this hotel and build a new one !!!! This will prevent a lot of travelers from a lot of frustration !! Best regards, Yvonne Geijs, stayed at this hotel the 3rd of May.

Old - noisy - bathroom was the only positive about this room.

The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. They were attentive and always willing to assist, with half of them speaking English. the hotel is situated in a beautiful natural setting, offering stunning views of the surrounding hills and landscape. It was a peaceful and tranquil escape from the bustling city.

The hotel had some areas that needed improvement. The Wi-Fi was not reliable, particularly in the evenings.

worst hotel I stayed. hotel staff was shouting at me when we would ask where the breakfast is. they call taxi for you which arrive in 45 minutes and they dont let you get aother taxis meanwhile. And you pay 30 euro for 15 euro ride. rooms I dont even make a comment.

First of all, very important to note, that map here is wrong! The hotel is much further from the city, then noted here. There is no free internet access, you have to pay 10 euro for one hour. The stuff is boorish, rude and every time tries to speak to you Italian even if they know that you don't understand it. Before going to bed I had to through out 4 shield bugs walking around in the room. The water pipe in bath was blocked. The hotel is using often by Polish truck drivers. Maybe it was once a 4* hotel but they really don't care to keep their rate. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone and would advice to avoid booking this hotel.

It was terrible stay. Far from the city, you can't use common Bologna tickets. One night wedding noise till 2 A.M., next day house party from midday to midnight. 2 days you couldn't use the pool. Poor breakfast, high prices for meal, bad coffe and staff. Old and not comfortable bed. Hotel needs renovation now!! Four stars is overated, maybe 2 is enough. What to say? Never more!

I hated this hotel and cant believe your company would offer it as an option. The fact that they charged me approximately 250 euros a night for the worst hotel I've ever been in is a travesty. I stayed in a hotel 100x better in Milan for half the price.

This is an old disgusting hotel that hasnt done rennovations since the early 1970'S. Rooms were barely liveable, Breakfast was nasty. Surly and non family atmosphere exists at nightime. Its over 12 km from the city not the 3 km they state they are. do not stay here!!

It was adequate. Clean and comfortable

Thje hotel was much further than the blurb implied from city centre.

air conditioner was behind the curtain in the bedroom, for a 4 star hotel it looked very shabby, pool looked green it wouldn't entice you to use it.

Breakfast was nice

One waiter was really quite rude, the place was very busy with tour bus loads of people, it seemed the waiter wasn't dealing very well with the pressure of alot of people..we waited 55 mins for our maincourse to arrive and only 2 out of 3 arrived!! not 4 star its really 1 star..but it was cheap. Breakfast made up for everything else
